[SARC] Opp Repeater

I havent heard the noise problem since the crystal was soldered in, before
that is only took about 10 min of keying the machine to get it to reproduce
the problem. I'll try to get the tone board in it. I want to get it
finished. It will take a month to get a replacement controller in so I would
like to get it ordered. I would really like to hear my machine on the air.
And you've made it clear no check till everything is finished. I stand
behind my work. And have done everyting I could to keep OARC on the air
more than once. Meleah is sick and has a Doctors appointment at 2:00 I have
to take care of the kids and I'll try to put the tone board in then. I'll
call you when it's done.
