[SARC] Basic Echolink Commands

Here are some basic Echolink Commands that you can use on the Opp 
Repeater Echolink node.  NOTE:  This requires a DTMF-capable radio and 
microphone.

ENABLE REPEATER ECHOLINK:  19173
DISABLE REPEATER ECHOLINK:  19170

Echolink Link Status/Search Page:
http://www.echolink.org/links.jsp
You can also use this page to search for Echolink nodes in a particular 
area (by city/state/country, by grid square, or by lat/long).

To connect to a specific Echolink node:
Hold down your PTT button.  Using the DTMF keys on your mic, key in the 
Echolink node number you wish to connect to.

To connect to a random node:
Hold down your PTT button.  Using the DTMF keys on your mic, press "00" 
(zero-zero).

To list all connected nodes:
Hold down your PTT button.  Using the DTMF keys on your mic, press "08".

To disconnect from a node:
Hold down your PTT button.  Using the DTMF keys on your mic, press "*" 
(star).
