I am sorry that I will not be here for the SET this year.
I will be in Mobile this weekend with my Mother who is terminally ill.
If there is anyone that can participate in the statewide SET, please email
me
and let me know.

I also realize that the Opp ARC is having a Amateur Radio Class Saturday.
I would suggest that if someone can participate, make an announcement on
both the Opp and Andalusia Repeaters and call for checkins on both repeaters
and on simplex. Might also try to use emergency power as well.

Please read the message below and if someone can check in on 3.965 or
on any of the other digital modes listed below, Pass along to net control
the
number of checkins on both repeaters and simplex and note those on emergency
power. This exercise will start at 10:30 am Saturday. Keep a log of your
activities
and let me know so we can submit a report to Greg and Jay.
