Thanks for the reply, Steven.
 Just get with everyone who will be available and have everyone check in on 
the Opp repeater,
Andalusia repeater, and on simplex.

Keep a log of those who checked in on each repeater and simplex and the time 
and if they
are on emergency power (ie Car, battery power at home, ht.....) or 
commercial mains.

I would suggest that this local test be done by 9:30 or 10:00am so you will 
have the totals for the
SET Net control on HF at 10:30 when the SET starts.

This SET will be mostly monitoring 3.965 and passing the local checkin 
information when
asked to do so on voice and any digital modes available.

Be sure to tell Net Control on HF when or if you have to sign off frequency 
so he / she
will know that you are no longer on the frequency.

Sorry that I will not be here but I feel my place is with my mother at this 
time.
