Subject: NOARC MEETING REMINDER


North Okaloosa Amateur Radio Club regular monthly meeting is this Thursday October 25th at 7:00pm at the Dorcas Fire Station on Highway 90 about eight miles east of Crestview.  Talk in on our repeater of course 147.360.

If you have not been there before, there is an Exxon station on 90, and the Sasquatch Zoo is immediately to the North of the Fire Station.

We will be reviewing our JOTA weekend, planning for future events.
Feel free to forward this email to anyone you know that might be interested in being part of NOARC. There are some good pictures from this past weekend JOTA event posted on our website in the photo section. www.noarc.net

And on behalf of President Bob N4CU and myself, I want to personally thank each of you that participated in JOTA whether it was by being there as a worker, visitor,helper or by contacting W4AAZ and talking with the Scouts over the weekend.
When planning something like this we want to be sure we have enough equipment and personnel available.  We were in good shape in both cases because many of our NOARC members took the time and made the effort.
