[SARC] Signal Reports!!!

Hello all.  Thanks to Steve - KE4VGB, we had some adjustments made on 
our repeater antenna today.  I'd like to get some signal reports from 
everyone as to what kind of S-meter reading you're getting (portable, 
mobile, or at the home station), the quality of the transmission (full 
quieting, scratchy but fully readable, really scratchy, etc.), and at 
different times of the day.

 From the initial reports from a few "testers", TX and RX have vastly 
improved to the west, where we did have a serious shadow.  We're looking 
at doing some more adjustments in the future, depending on the results 
from this initial adjustment.  So, feel free to let us know how it works 
out!  Your feedback will help us determine what we may need to do next.
