OK, I've got the subject prefix working again.  Got a little more clean 
up work to do, but it should be as functional as before.

Also, some of you might notice that the sending domain might be 
different:  oppshell.com instead of oppcatv.com.  This shouldn't affect 
anything, other than the domain name is just different.  BUT, you should 
still continue to send your SARC mail posts to sarc at oppcatv.com; this 
won't change!

PS:  For any of those wondering, that's supposed to be "opp shell", not 
"opps hell"; one of those cases where I just didn't see it when I 
registered it a few years ago. It took someone else to see it and then 
to tell me.  Whoops!
