[SARC] Simplex Net

Lets not forget about the simplex net tonight. I for one am very interested
to talk point to point without a repeater. See you @ 7 on 146.565. I will be
calling the net from my Ringo Ranger and the ADI with the amp turned on and
be standing by with the beam if needed.

Just wanted to let everyone know about the new net we'll be trying out on
Tuesday nights at 7PM. We will meet on 146.565 MHz simplex, no tone. Just
something for us to try out to see what we can hear direct radio-to-radio;
think of it as some training for a situation that would require it.
Repeaters are nice, but they're not always active, especially during storms!
