[SARC] Test Session Results for Opp

The results from today's test session in Opp were small, but successful.  We had two candidates, one taking the Tech exam, and one taking the Amateur Extra exam.  

Michael Vigor  passed his exam to get his Technician license.  Michael lives in the Andalusia area, so be on the listen for him on the local repeaters.  Marvin Thrasher, WB4GSB, from Ozark, AL, sucessfully upgraded from Advanced to Amateur Extra.  Congrats to both, and be sure to listen out for them.
