ATTENTION DXPEDITIONS. OPDX has received a special request to remind
operators of DXpeditions to listen or take time out to work the thousands
of "U.S. General Class Hams" above 14225 kHz." This limitation is not
known to all DXers throughout the world, and the many Generals are also
looking and waiting to work DXpeditions as well.
