Hi,

Just another update on the KI4GGH Repeater in Brewton.

If you can hear it from your location drop me an email at KI4GGH at Yahoo.com

The repeater is up and running. For those who are wondering, it is an Icom FR4000
  http://www.icomamerica.com/en/products/fr3000%5Ffr4000/

The frequency for those who would like to listen or transmit is

444.650 Pos Offset and No Tone.

You need to transmit 449.650 and Recieve 444.650.

There is no tone right now. If I can keep it on an open tone I will.

It is up on a temporary Echolink connection.

Still working on Echolink Shortcuts to other repeaters. Once I get it all set I will email it out to you.

Here are a few for you to test out the echolink part of the repeater.

  1) Press you DTMF button on you HT or Mobile.
  2) While pressing the DTMF Button type in the following

Press 11 This will connect you to the WB4TJO 440 Repeater in BayMinette, Alabama
Press 22 This will connect you to the N4ZWV 147.160 Repeater in Monroeville, Alabama
Press 33 This will connect you to the N4UXY 440 Repeater in Mobile, Alabama
Press 44 This will connect you to the 440 Repeater in Montgomery, Alabama

Press # This will disconect you from any repeater that is connected.

Be sure to Press # when you are finished with the repeater you are connect to so others can connect to another repeater.

I did notice that the Opp Repeater is not connected to Echolink. I would like to add it to my shortcuts when it gets back online.

  That's all for now.

  73's
  Chris
