[SARC] Updates to SARC webpages

  Only see two additions to the web page.
   
  1st -- January 26th The Jim Bell Wireless Assoc Ham Fest in Greenville, Alabama. VE Testing will be given at 9am. I have more info if you need it or contact Jerry MCCullough KE4ERO at gmail.com Talk in 146.880.
   
  2nd -- The Brewton Amateur Radio Club WB4ARU in Brewton now offers testing. Testing can be given on demand or once a quarter. Contact Scott Hillman at KT4CW at bellsouth.net  for more info.
