I was asked to let everyone know about the new repeater in northern Coffee County.
They worked this weekend on getting the antenna on top of the water tank in Victoria, Al.
which is northeast of Elba. (between Elba and Troy)
The frequency is 146.78 (- offset) with a 100 hz tone.
I worked it mobile from my front lawn on low power (5 watts).
It is transmitting 25 watts and is S-3 on the mobile and full scale on my Ringo Ranger.
