John,
Thanks for passing it on. In a time where more and more repeaters are going silent because of lack of use or being taken down this is good news.
Do you know if this new repeater is a club sponsored repeater or an individual ??
It should get plenty of use when a Hurricane hits the area next time.

I was asked to let everyone know about the new repeater in northern Coffee County.
They worked this weekend on getting the antenna on top of the water tank in Victoria, Al.
which is northeast of Elba. (between Elba and Troy)
The frequency is 146.78 (- offset) with a 100 hz tone.
I worked it mobile from my front lawn on low power (5 watts).
It is transmitting 25 watts and is S-3 on the mobile and full scale on my Ringo Ranger.
