[SARC] Ulysses Data and Cycle 24

   If you are a student of propagation you might find this interesting. The
international mission to study the sun ended a few days ago. Check out
the following link for some extra insight into cycle 24. Also, check out the
10/25 step down which is considered very important by some solar physicists.
As several have said, it seems linked to a change in processes on the sun
and is unprecedented since Ap has been collected.
