[SARC] New Spam Filter

A few of you may have noticed that some e-mails have either been delayed or
marked as **SPAM** that have been posted to the lists.  This is because of a
new spam filtering system we have installed.  I have hopefully corrected
this problem by adding everyone's addresses that are on the mailing lists to
the white-list on the spam filter.  This should allow all e-mails to
automatically go through without any further interruption.

Sorry if this might have caused some confusion/frustration in the past few
days/weeks.
