[SARC] Field day 2008

SARC members, I have reserved the pavillion at Frank Jackson State Park for Friday June 27 and Saturday June 28.  Wayne Alday will give Bob Lawrence a check for 80.00 to take to the Park for the pavilion ( 40.00 per night).

I have reserved 5 camp sites as listed below:
        Malcolm arrive Thursday leaving on Monday
        Junior arriving on Thursday leaving on Sunday
        Mike Vigor arriving on Friday leaving on Sunday
        Pat arriving on Thursday leaving on Sunday
        Clay Brown arriving on Friday leaving on Sunday

If this is not correct please advise me.  They will let us pay on arrival for camp sites which are 15.00 per night and cable TV is available for 2.00 per night additional.
