[SARC] Field day flies

While eating at Lou Lou's in Gulf Shores Monday evening I noticed some what appeared to be zip-loc bags with a liquid in them hanging throughout the building.  I ask the waiter what they were for "you don't see any flies do you"  what's in them I ask "water".  I goggled it and there is no scientific explanation but restraints from Key West all along Florida coast to Texas say they keep flies away.

Someone come forward and sign up to put some water bags up at the pavilion to keep the flies away while we are eating during  Field Day.  You would be a hero!!!
