[SARC] Update 2030Z February 20th - Weekend schedule

Dave, 
I was able to hear K5D 5x9 Friday afternoon for about 30 min time slot beore 20 meters voice died. Work had the rest of my radio time. They were working Japan only in the Extra Part of the band. They were on 14.190 and looking down and not up. Hope I can catch them this weekend. Thanks for the email updates.
