[SARC] Fw: Solar activity in 2012

The Solar Cycle Progression for 2009 looks pretty grim with a continued
bottoming out of sunspot numbers predicted by the NOAA Space Weather
Prediction Center. This may precede better days in 2010 as shown on a Solar
Cycle Progression Number prediction scale. The link below gives more
complete information on this story.

Allen,

You tube is full of the deep ends search 2012 and you will find them.

I did hear you checking into the North Florid Phone Net on 3950 the other
night. Bob W5RE was having to do a relay for everyone, me included. The Net
control was in Orlando if I remember right.

I just hope the sun spots pickup before 2012 so I can enjoy more HF before
"the end". Lately the HF Bands have been bad.

Hmmm....a "renewal of the earth." I wonder what that encompasses and how
will this "renewal" happen? Makes you wonder...especially since those
civilizations just "disappeared" all those many years ago. You know the
"doomsayers" will be cranking up as 2012 gets closer and likely cause a
panic of some sort. I don't doubt that something may happen...but what and
how? If something does happen...we'll know soon enough and there will be
nothing anyone can do about it anyway. I guess I'll keep watching the shows
though ;)

By the way, I haven't heard you on the radio lately...you still got a radio?
