Here is part of  an email that I recieved from Jay Isabell. 
 
Please make sure your county in Alabama is ready. 
 
This does not effect Florida. Just Alabama.

"Time is running out on the Alabama Hospital Project. If the hospitals that volunteered and signed the MOU with the Alabama Department of Public Health do not have their stations operational by Nov. 8th they will have to return everything.
 
Most of them are, having gotten local radio shops or their own Hams to install them. 
 
The hospitals were not only given the radios, but also enough money to have the install done, so there shouldn't be a financial problem. We just need to be sure they don't need our help to get it done."
